Do you do weddings?
I don't promise a certain amount. It is my practice to take unlimited photos during the session and I like to deliver the best of the best images from the session.
How many photos do we get?
This answer will vary depending on location. But don't fret! We will always talk outfits during our consultation time. No matter what, I want you to wear what makes you feel confident and stellar! When you feel good, you look good (;
Some styling tips: -coordination is better than matching
-neutrals and earth tones are the way to go!
-no bold patterns, neon colors, or graphic t-shirts
What do I wear?!
YES. Always willing to travel! If I am driving more than a 30 mile radius from where I’m located, a travel fee of $50 would be applied per hour.
If I am flying, my flights and stay at a hotel or Airbnb for 2 nights would need coverage.
Do you travel? Is there a travel fee?
My turnaround time is typically 2 weeks for regular packages and 6-8 weeks for weddings! You will receive an emailed link to your own personalized online gallery. BUT I do promise 2 sneak peek photos within 24-48 hrs (because you're excited and want to see your photos right away, I totally get it!).
When will I receive my photos?
First, you fill out my contact form under the contact tab or book a session if you know exactly what you want.

What are the beginning steps?
Next, I will respond back to you via email to check in and schedule a first meeting/consultation. This is where we get to know each other a little better and figure out what you want out of your session (style, location, outfits, etc.) I want you to feel comfortable and know that you can trust me to capture your special moments, but also this helps me prepare and get inspired in order to deliver you beautiful photos. I'm more than happy to have this via Zoom or FaceTime in order to accommodate COVID-19 social distancing.

What happens after I fill out the contact form?
A Client Contract and Model Release form will be sent to you which I would need completed and sent back to me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. If the model is a minor, I will need it signed by a guardian.
If you are booking a newborn session, a newborn questionnaire would need to be filled out and sent back at the same time as the model release form.

Are there any contracts that I will need to sign?
If you need to cancel your session due to an emergency, please contact me as your earliest convenience and a cancellation fee will be waived. If you need to cancel otherwise, it must be 24 hours before your session LATEST to avoid a fee. Initial deposits are nonrefundable, but second payments, or 70%, of total cost may be refunded if cancellation policy is followed.
What happens if I have to cancel my session?
I do! Mini sessions consist of 15 minute photo sessions with a total of 15 high-res digital images delivered right back to you! These sessions are heavily discounted and have limited openings, so keep an eye out on my IG (@ginanicolephotography) for my mini session specials!
Do you do mini sessions?
I book 4-8 weeks in advance! This can come in handy for planning out any newborn or family sessions.
How far in advance can I book a session?
We stay connected and grab some lunch! And hopefully do this again in the future! :D
